Ambassador Yovanovitch paid tribute this weekend to the Heavenly Hundred, the name given to the approximately 130 protestors that were killed in fierce clashes with government forces of President Viktor Yanukovich three years ago. Ambassador Yovanovitch honored their memory by placing a wreath at the memorial and urged all of Ukraine to work together to ensure that this type of sacrifice would never be needed again.
