Junta's aircraft fired the center of Lugansk.

After Ukrainian air force plane shot several rounds at the building of the Regional State Administration, there started a fire. Now from the RSA are taking out the dead and wounded at least six ambulances and fire-fighters arrived to the scene. As was reported from Lugansk the rescue operation continues, after the aircraft left the center of the city, but an airstrike could happen again.
